Terms of Service
All prices are in USD and prices are non-negotiable.
Payment due on service request & appointment scheduled.
Log-in information to the game must be provided along with the one-time password upon appointment scheduled.
Services may require the user to have resources; I am not responsible to obtain these resources and may delay service if the necessary resources are not provided.
Where service is provided and is reasonably performed given the provided resources, additional resources may be requested to resume service.
It is recommended to setup a secondary password and change passwords after service is provided.
Rune Services
Recommendations
Please have at least 30M mana to be able to roll runes as necessary. Grinding and geming of ideal runes can be requested, but additional mana may be necessary.
Rune Cleanup
Up to 1200 runes are sold, rolled, and grinded if at all possible. Usable runes will be rolled to +12 with great runes rolled to +15 and tagged.

Up to 1000 artifacts are sold and sorted.
Ideal artifcats are tagged and seperated.

PVE Services
Recommendations
Please have at least 2M mana per unit that needs to be built. Units for specified dungeon will need to be 6* and maxed level otherwise client may be asked to build them.
Standard Team
Build or improve a farming team with standard times of about a minute and as close as possible to 100% winrate.

Speed Team
Very dependent on having the necessary units, runes, and artifacts. May need additional conditions to complete, a summary of necessary units or materials will be provided and team completed at a later date once obtained.

Raid Team
These teams by the nature of the raid may end up failing once every 30 runs or so. Quite a number of different team options are available, but often additional units will need to be built to complete the teams. Having at least 30M mana is recommended.

PVP Services
Recommendations
Units should ideally be 6*, maxed skilled and level.
RTA Analysis
A report is provided to outline potential deficencies in pick/ban, equipped, or monster box. Quick fixes are implimented if possible.

RTA Team
A simple team of roughly 10 units is built and outlined for the thought process behind the win conditions, common counters you will face, and potential improvements.

RTA Coaching
Intermittent coaching through a few wings every week throughout the season to check pick/ban phase and any potential modifications that need to be made.

Arena Defense
A defense is built allowing to allow for easier climbing during rush hour. Decreasing number of hits is prioritized over winning defenses if needed to maximize potential.

Arena Offense
An offense team is runed and placed in the premade list, but may need units built if they are not. An explaination of what the team counters will be provided. Ideally will cover any potential gaps in offenses.

Up to 5 offenses and a defense are setup.
